Advice for recovering from an abusive long term relationship?

I love myself more without him. I am my own human and I have a good life.
Just remember being alone does not automatically equate to being lonely.
When I first met you you were telling me that your boyfriend at the time was very much like me.

I have to inquire, what transpired? no truly. We haven't spoken much but I am genuinely curious and besides I have a bit of the therapist gene in that when women spill their problems on me I tend to feel emotionally happier.

I'm always here if and whenever you feel ready to talk.

Seems like you're doing well without the help .... Start by disbelieving all the negative crap and ....
You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. ,

Honestly, time is your ally and enemy. Every strategy in the world doesn't make a difference if you don't let time pass. Also, rebounds tend to make it hurt worse.
