How do I get to first base with a girl who I know is into me, but is still worried about covid?

It should normally happen naturally / non verbally - but she could take wrong way if I did it without checking she didn’t mind.

There is no harm in asking.
If she says no due to covid, stay friends until after the covid vaccines have quashed the pandemic, and then see how she feels.
Chances are, it will give your relationship time to grow and improve - never a bad thing.
