Very important. You can’t keep a relationship going with hardly any communication, except for two good friends who can just pick up where they left off, even if it’s been awhile. Romantic relationships need nurturing.

It's very important. That's pretty much all you have in a long distance relationship. It doesn't have to be daily, but if you don't interact for months, it's not really a relationship if you ask me.

I don’t see the point myself being in a relationship with someone who doesn’t miss me, think of me, want to speak with me, see me etc If I was your friend I would encourage you to commit yourself to someone who will like you so much you will always feel special, important, thought of, wanted.
