What behavior instantly dissolved a crush you had on someone?

So, someone I was physically attracted to was being given (presumably) a phone number by a lady he apparently wasn't interested in and the way he handled it, (quite poorly), instantly made him unattractive to me.

I had a crush on a guy in one of my classes One evening I went to the student union.He was there but quiet. He said someone told him I had a crush on him He acted like disappointed in me Oh well so much for that!
