How do you know if you’re being a mature adult about a situation? Or when you’re just being taken advantage of?

Yes. Even though there is still some tension there sometimes, even from a distance, I value the friendly relationship I have with a man I loved and was once married to. Those things we loved about each other didn't just go away.
