How do you know if you’re being a mature adult about a situation? Or when you’re just being taken advantage of?

Yeah I'm good friends with an ex, we kinda just fell apart though it was not an ugly or dramatic break up or anything, we still liked each other's core traits so yeah, ten years later still good friends can reach out to each other any time
