Cute is usually bereft of any sexual connotation, meaning pretty/engaging in a prepubescent fashion. What you would say of naïve children, etc. [Of course, when it refers to behavior, it is often a sarcastic comment, not a positive one.]

Beautiful is above pretty and is an assessment of the presentation of something: art, music, a girl in a dress. Again, it need not refer to sexual attractiveness, though it can.

Gorgeous is above beautiful and also assesses the presentation of something, art, etc., or people. It can refer to sexual attractiveness, but need not.

N.B.--One is more likely to find a person one considers "gorgeous" to be more attractive than a person whom one considers to be "beautiful", and the "beautiful", more than the "cute".
