Yes, be yourself, never trust anything they tell you, without verification, ask for voice/face verification, over an online mechanism, not using your own phone, don't disclose any personal details, and one Covid-19 is over (whatever that means for you), meet first at a public place, something like a coffee shop. If anything looks off (they don't look. like their profile pic, or any other details are off), you're out only the price of a coffee. And, stay clear of any princes who want to deposit money in your bank account. Also, be suspicious of those who cannot have you at their place, because "the place is messy".
