What do you think of this scenario?

Say a couple have only been together for a few weeks and they really like each other. Then the girlfriend’s ex starts hanging out with the girlfriend. The ex and girlfriend departed on good terms. The current boyfriend tells the girlfriend if she wants to go back to her ex then he won’t stop her and gives her up so she can be happy. What kind of man would you say the boyfriend was for giving up his girlfriend so she can be happy with her ex?

Well if she was "really" into him, and it made him uncomfortable, or she would be more "happy" with her ex.. Sorry she wasnt to into him. Making each other comfortable is important in relationships.

Well, I would say he should put up a bit of a fight first. If all indications remain that the girlfriend prefers the ex - well, then giving her up would be the wise move.
