@plungesponge thats exactly what crossed my mind when I first heard their opinion on this but each one had their reasoning.

Plus in most positions you can't see the usual actual female parts. No boobs, genitals or face. Really, I don't get it. It'd be like working really hard to get to the front gate of an amusement park and deciding you're going to spend your time in the sewer underneath it.
