I think I've had damage now I looked up the symptoms. But I had dislocations and no hospital admissions so I'm not surprised I had these injuries as well.
Take yourself out of the environments where this happens.
If you like this type of thing then it's a possible hazard.
I hate sexual choking because it could be easily be used as an excuse to get away with murder "they liked it and it went too far"
Also I been really choked more times than I can count so it doesn't sound that fun to me. One time I thought I was actually gonna die, I could see in the chokers eyes he wanted to kill me.
Anyway I'm alive. So that was good.
Anyway take yourself away from being choked.
