What would you do?

My boyfriend was talking about the downfall of him and his ex (it was brought up). So lets say my boyfriends name is Eric and his ex is Jackie. This is what Eric told me: Eric was friends with a girl named Sofia. Jackie was jealous of Sofia so she told Eric to stop talking to Sofia. Eric would get so pissed at Jackie that he would mess with Sofia on purpose. My issue is that he would intentionally want to hurt his (back then) girlfriend. Is there a new viewpoint to any of this? Is it even a bad thing?

well the first thing is don't ever try to control the one you are with don't get jealous of them having friend of the opposite sex tell them ie hey why don't you invite them over for dinner one day and a movie get to know their friends then if something is going on they will act weird around you but never control some one if they are going to cheat they will better to know who they cheated with and catch them sooner and then get rid of them if it is just a friend then by you not being controlling then can not make you jealous...
