What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten and liked?

It would have to be escargot or blutwurst, both tried in their countries of origin. Though it took a second try for escargot. I was brought up to try pretty much anything before judging it and I took it to try things twice because you might not have gotten a good sample the first time.
