Is it possible to have a very long time crush?

Also a very weird one, like I met this person only a couple of times (or little more) many years ago and when I see a photo of this magnificent creature on a social network I kind of think that I want to have it in my life...

I think we all have someone we admire and in our heads we Invision them a certain way with a certain personality. I think we crush on the idea of who we think they are. I'm sure everyone has a celebrity they 'crush' on.
