What is your thought on people who close down the doors for any new partner in their life..coz

Either their loving partner died or betrayed them so they are just done there.

It makes perfect sense. Could be loyalty in relation to the partner being deceased. Or fear of being hurt again. Maybe just being hurt to the point of never loving again. It all boils down to choice in the end
