Is it mean?

This girl is online on WhatsApp hours every I texted her a message. I texted her a message once every hour for 2 hours.

After that I said I am going to a place and she replied instantly : where are you going?

And I replied where to I am heading.

Later that day I asked her why she only replied on the last message,

She said: I wanted to know where you are heading to.

She doesn't reply to anything else, not even good morning, good evening etc.

Is her attitude mean?
I got really devastated and wanted to cry.

Btw: She said the day before that we have a future together and that I am important to her

How far in the future was she talking about, it couldn't be the near future if she doesn't even reply back to you, it sounds like she's stringing you along. Stop messaging her so much and see if she wants to know why. If she doesn't I would tell her so long, no need in getting your heart broken for someone that doesn't care for you.
