(people say many things and show others- if someone can't be consistent don't over stress it if they can't give you a decent reply when you ask for it- then save your time and emotions and back away from them) they clearly aren't fully there and you could end up giving more of yourself than they themselves.

How far in the future was she talking about, it couldn't be the near future if she doesn't even reply back to you, it sounds like she's stringing you along. Stop messaging her so much and see if she wants to know why. If she doesn't I would tell her so long, no need in getting your heart broken for someone that doesn't care for you.
