Do you prefer grand gestures of love or see love in the little things your partner does?

I'd appreciate a back rub, sharing of loads, an occasional special dinner, wanting to watch movies under a shared blanket, a smile and showing of affection many times more than huge public displays of grand gestures, gifted vacations, free stuff and whatnot.

I'm not necessarily inherently against grander gestures, but there is a time and place for that. I can easily live without the grand gestures, but the small things are important to me.
