Is it appropriate to game for 3 hours when your partner is over?

I'm over at my boyfriend's right now and noticeably upset because he asked if he could game for a "little bit" which turned into damn near 3 hours. I'm giving him the cold shoulder because I'm afraid of saying something out of line. I feel like that's too long to play when I'm over but not sure if this is normal and if I should just deal with it.

Mind you, I don't care about gaming and he knows that. So playing WITH him is not an option.

3 hours is nothing especially if he's on a multiplayer game, you'd spend half that time waiting for matches to begin.

What you need to do in your relationship is tell him it bothered you because you have an expectation of what a little bit means. Then you need to tell him he has to be clear about his intentions in the future
