How can I get through to her? I don't want to live in a world she isn't in but she's knowingly killing herself with alcohol and drugs.

I don’t think you can do it. It’s important to get her to a therapist or a rehab program

@ShaythePanTransMan she did rehab once before but went back to to drinking after about 6 months
