When one absolutely refuses to have sex. Why should the other be denied? Some people may not feel the need, but why should the other suffer. And the one that refuses to "put out" can't complain when their partner gets it somewhere else. I lived in a nearly sexless marriage for 25 years. Then I found out mose women do actually do enjoy sex.
