Do you regret not having children ?

Overall, no. My wife at the time wasn't on board so we made the right decision. But when I see a Dad with their kids doing "Dad stuff?" Yeah. It sucks a little.

@Ynotisay Exactly, I have two children, no regrets. Quality time with your children can be so very rewarding.
