Ever cried too much after a breakup?

I was 21. We were togeather for 2 yrs but long distance for 1 year and then he began ignoring my calls, calling me less and then he took a whole 2 week trip to a different city without telling me and he never called me during that time. His parents seemed sad when they told me that he was gone for a while so I could stop calling the house.I cried.
Now nearly 20 yrs later I haven't cried at a breakup again.
