I’ve been doing jiu jitsu since I was a kid. Most grown ass men with zero training would get choked out by the average purple belt- brown belt WOMEN practitioner.

I love when tough guys show up to the gym. An on their first rolling session get paired with a girl.

They start off easy on them. But by the end go 100% because they keep getting submitted.
