How do you get over an Ex?

Hey guys stupid question but 2 years 10 months and 4 days ago I broke up with the love of my life and still think about her constantly. She's moved on and has a boyfriend but I havent been able to date since. So how did you get over your first real love?

it took me a long time to move on from some one too! It helps if you can get the physical stuff that reminds you of them away from you . . . like gifts they gave you and stuff. and also, just, see it a bit as a badge of honor. you cared about the other person! that’s a good thing. put that caring into another person or a hobby or something else. anyway, good luck!
