How do you get over an Ex?

Hey guys stupid question but 2 years 10 months and 4 days ago I broke up with the love of my life and still think about her constantly. She's moved on and has a boyfriend but I havent been able to date since. So how did you get over your first real love?

@Thatonedude7116 No, you need to stop it now, it’s not good for you. You’ve built this girl up into an idol, when in reality there’s a reason you broke up - & that reason hasn’t changed. You’re too young to cry a river at home, so pick yourself up, go out there & try again. You might not meet Miss Right straight away, but it’s better & healthier than sitting alone moping 🤗
