How do you handle a breakup?

Not well
I am a very dangerous animal when I am in that much pain
I love deep and I don't handle betrayal well at all
I pray daily to die ,and I don't care who I take with me

The last one I had a heart attack and they put me in a lock down ward

But time will heal all wounds if you let it

You can't entertain the memories that hurt

You have to learn to control what you think

and stay busy ,,Idle time leads to to much thinking

Until you finally reach a place ,you can sort you're thoughts

learn the lessons from the pain

and guard yourself ,that you don't allow anyone to hurt you like that again

Learn to stay in control

The things you think ,and who you allow into you're heart again

Some say to rush back into another relationship

for me at least ,thats a prescription for disaster

I punish someone else for things they didn't do ,and I hurt someone that didn't deserve it

I am still working on my last one ,and tomorrow will be 8 yrs since she left me ,,and now she wants to come back

And I am so much in love with her after all this time ..I am actually considering letting her ..I said I love deep ,I never stop loving people I love ,,I don't know how to

Blow up his car, make a false report to get him arrested and take 1/2 his shit.....
