Why should it be an issue for anyone but the consenting adults, involved in the relationship? That is, if you're asking for a friend.
Some people may comment, but you know what you, and the most important thing about it, is that you should figure out if you might have any regrets over it, in the future.
When I was much younger, I dated women who were twice my age. There was no stigma attached to it, although this was a period of my life, when I did not think I would have a long term relationship, and I also thought that for them, it was an itch they wanted to scratch, as opposed to have a long term relationship.
