I have nothing against any arrangement between consenting adults. However, I think it should be considered a form of sex work in terms of the ethics involved. Not that it is unethical, but in terms of the power relationships involved in the exchange.

@DarkHeaven Right. It's why I think treating it as sex work is important - it reframes the mind and starts to bring into questions about consent and safety.
