They can. But being a vegetarian makes you protein deficient.
They usually have health problems down the road.

@Zonuss Imagine not knowing that beans exist.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@BlueVeins They should eat lean meats instead. Like turkey, fish, and ham. It helps a whole lot long term. Humans were meant to digest and eat meat.

@Zonuss Vegetarians have lower blood pressure, cancer rates, diabetes rates, obesity rates, and overall lower death rates. Meat does not help in the long-term, and environmentally speaking, it is a colossal cancer on the Earth.

@Zonuss so is that a tip for someone dating a vegetarian?
BlueVeins · 22-25
@Billybob2 Is there a specific situation goin' on here?
Billybob2 · 26-30, M
@BlueVeins no, I'm just saying if I was single in the future and interested in dating a vegetarian

@Zonuss Simply being a vegetarian does not "make" anyone protein deficient.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Piper It has for some, and some of them are my friends. But eating meat in its 'natural' pure state is perfectly healthy. Its the toxins induced processed meats that make people ill. For example China eats more pork annually than any other country on Earth. Yet their country has the longest life expectancy in the world.

@Zonuss I know wrestlers who are vegan and I have no clue where they get their protein from but they somehow stay in shape.
Piper · 61-69, F
@Zonuss I said simply being a vegetarian does not "make" anyone protein deficient, as you claimed. I said that, because your claim is false. If YOU think you need to eat other animals to get sufficient protein, that is surely your own choice...and business.
