How do women deal with a guy friend dating a woman they don't like?

If they’re smart, they stay out of it. Unfortunately, it may result in the girlfriend putting pressure on him to end the friendship. If he’s not strong enough to resist that, the friendship wasn’t meant to survive.

Same way we deal with girl friends dating guys we don't like. Tolerate it til they break up then bring lighter fluid to burn all their crap.
