Should I refuse to keep my husband company in the evening when he gets home from work, seeing as he completely refuses to put his phone away at all?

Tonight as I'm not talking to him, he's in the other room watching football or something..
I don't ever come on here when he's around, and if I did, it would be for 2 seconds or something.. not constant
