Is it a wise choice to date a neighbor of yours?

One of my friend is widowed . A nice man across the alley just started taking care of her yard ... ( he knew her husband ) ... and over time they became friends . He would come by and fix things if she called ... then she had him fix her ! They make booty calls back and forth across the alley ... I suppose that’s dating . Both are extremely happy .

It would make it easier to see eachother, but would be difficult if it didn't work out. At least you'd have your own homes to go back to.
