Why go through the dark night of the soul would you get very angry or afraid

I believe I am a living soul ,not that I have one
and I have been through some pretty dark moments
that did name me very angry
Someone saying "If you harm yourself thats on you "

When I was fine before she betrayed me and couldn't even be honest about it

NO its was because of her I didn't want to live ,,not me

She caused me so much pain ,I was very happy before the truth came out

I think if you're very angry, it's the red night of the soul.

Soul searching could be frightening. Especially if you had done something horrendous.

Yet it might be necessary, in order to not do it again.

You survive them. I've had a few. They come and go.
