What's the point of getting married if you're already getting all the action you need?

If by action you just mean sex then as far as I can tell after a certain age married (or long term cohabiting) couples have more sex than unattached people.

Anyway a partnership, whether formally a marriage or not, is much more than just sex; for instance, companionship also matters.
