Which you think is worse: lying to someone you love or lying to yourself?

Ideally, those would be the same thing.

Lying is lying is lying. Your supposed to treat yourself the way you treat the people you love but with yourself you don't always know your lying to yourself cause your in denial... Lying to others is deliberate betrayal

I don't think one can lie to oneself. Maybe pretending to. So liying to someone you love indeed.
