I got asked out to drinks by the manager of my condo association. She is 49 years old and almost fifteen years older than me.

Why not? I know that age difference can be a factor when you are young, but is it really? I married a woman half my age. I think Mae West said she likes younger men "40 goes into 80 a hell of a lot more than 80 goes into 40!"
