Once a couple is married should the husband pay for his wife's car payments?

What i mean buy this is, if she still has payments on her vehicle should he take over and pay for this or any expenses needed on the car? Example (changing oil, new tires, ect)

No. If he also uses the car, then he should contribute to the oil changes and tires. It's still her car, though, and her responsibility to pay it off.
