Once a couple is married should the husband pay for his wife's car payments?

What i mean buy this is, if she still has payments on her vehicle should he take over and pay for this or any expenses needed on the car? Example (changing oil, new tires, ect)

If that's how the couple want to do things. Some couples designate one person to pay all of the bills, some keep all money separate. If the wife is really bad with that kind of stuff, it might be in their best interest to have him make the car payments to get it paid off and make sure her car stays maintained. It's really dependent on the couple.
