Once a couple is married should the husband pay for his wife's car payments?

What i mean buy this is, if she still has payments on her vehicle should he take over and pay for this or any expenses needed on the car? Example (changing oil, new tires, ect)

Once a couple is married then expenses become shared expenses. They come out of the joint income, even if not from a joint account. That's the way that it should work. If the debt belongs to one of the couple and they don't work then it needs to be discussed. There is no obligation, it's a decision to make as a couple.
