Once a couple is married should the husband pay for his wife's car payments?

What i mean buy this is, if she still has payments on her vehicle should he take over and pay for this or any expenses needed on the car? Example (changing oil, new tires, ect)

I'm not even married, and I'm paying for my girlfriend's car payments. We picked the car out together though.
