Have you forgiven your psycho ex?

My ex fiancé that used to bash me black and blue and tried to kill me when I left her, I do forgive her as she was only physically abusive but she just thought she owned me as well as loved me.
My recent ex I’m 50/50 wether I forgive her, I’ll never forgive the fact that she took away my self esteem, confidence, and self worth, and telling me to “go kill myself” when i was in a vulnerable state of mind. But the part of me that does forgive her, is that she has made me come out a lot stronger although after breaking up with her took me months to heal all those wounds. It helped me be less naive and more guarded with my heart and eventually it lead me to the right girl that I’m currently with now.
