How have you moved forward after finding out your spouse cheated?

Not a spouse but a girlfriend I lived with and everything, so kind of similar. I've been able to move on in some ways. Others, not so much. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to trust someone like that again. I don't plan on dating again for a nice long while.

I am so sorry because I know how hard it is to trust after such betrayal. I have a 4year old daughter and I don’t know what to do. Her daddy is everything to her. @SW-User
