Is it okay for a woman who prefers educated men as partner.

My sister is a college graduate and looks for a guy with similar educational backgrounds. She gets judged by people because she's too 'picky'

That hardly sounds picky, most people want somebody on their own level. Other way around if she wasn't too bright she'd probably choose somebody the same.
