Is it okay for a woman who prefers educated men as partner.

My sister is a college graduate and looks for a guy with similar educational backgrounds. She gets judged by people because she's too 'picky'

She is not too picky. The most common activity between two partners is conversation. If she knows she needs an educated person in order to be happy, then no one should chide her for that.
