can anyone help me?

I have doubt problem with my wife. I always doubt on her. I always think she cheating me behind me even i didn't find and clue and proof. I know she love me only but i don't know why it's happning.

Please help me to i get out from it, and i stop doubt on her.

All I will say, my one partner did cheat on me, and it took me starting the conversation and then her sharing, she did. But that doesn't mean that is what is going on for you. And it could also be your own paranoia, insecurity. So unless you are willing to actually have a conversation together with her (which if it's truly your insecurity, may not go well) talk to someone professionally, and maybe do anyway.
