can anyone help me?

I have doubt problem with my wife. I always doubt on her. I always think she cheating me behind me even i didn't find and clue and proof. I know she love me only but i don't know why it's happning.

Please help me to i get out from it, and i stop doubt on her.

@helenS Best with his wife if they can find it together, professionally. Even if his mistrust is based nowhere, I can't imagine it's not a marital issue also that needs actual conversation together.
