Is NOT wanting to get married bad?

I am currently 30 and not quite sure if I want to get married. Personally I feel people marry for mostly financial reasons. I don't see much difference between marriage and a normal relationship. People say when you marry some one it shows you're fully committed to them. But in marriage people cheat all the time, sometimes without their spouse ever finding out. I prefer to just date around and focus on myself for now. My mind might change later on.

At your age most people just want to have fun still. There's less pressure to marry now, or even to settle down.. falling in love is the biggest reason to settle down and until and unless that happens you are unlikely to want to settle down..
IN truth even when people do settle and form a committed relationship.. they don't always see any need to marry.. there are lots of reasons not to.. and a heap to do so.. but I dont think it matters if you dont ever marry.. many people still have kids etc without being married
