Are they talking again?

If you noticed your boyfriend's ex is back on Twitter and she started following the same people as he does would you suspect anything.
And if both he and her are back on Pinterest with using their gmail account around the same time, would you be suspicious?
in addition, they both are sometimes on WhatsApp similar times too.
I've asked but he has denied everyone
