Do you think it would be okay for me to switch from Christianity to Catholicism for my girlfriend or wife?

@Melpomene Just certain rules. Like eat fish on Fridays during Lent, you have to get baptized again even if you've been previously baptized at a Christian or other church.

If your whole family is in that sect, won't they have to exclude you or something?

@Melpomene They're in Christian churches, except for my Uncle who is in a Baptist church and that's fine with everyone.

@Billybob2 Religion is a personal choice. If you feel like that's closer to what you believe, where you belong and/or you just want to get married in the same "community", then why not?
